This notice explains how information is handled when you contact Luxury Car Istanbul or use this website. It is a practical description of the current website workflow and is not a claim of legal certification.

Booking and contact information

When you submit a booking or contact form, the details you enter may include your name, email address, pickup location, service choice, date, time and message. The website prepares these details for delivery to WhatsApp so the reservation team can answer your request. Do not include payment card details or sensitive identification documents in the message.

Address search and analytics

Pickup suggestions use the Photon service and OpenStreetMap data after you type at least two characters. Optional Google Analytics measurement remains denied unless you accept it in the cookie preference notice. Your preference is stored in your browser. If you accept Google Analytics, we measure direct WhatsApp link clicks and completed forms that continue to WhatsApp. These events do not confirm that a message was sent or a booking was made; our event code excludes form values, phone numbers and WhatsApp message text.

Optional OpenAI advertising measurement

Only if you enable OpenAI ad measurement in Cookie preferences, the OpenAI Pixel measures when a completed website form continues to WhatsApp. This event means a handoff to WhatsApp, not that a message was sent or a booking confirmed. OpenAI receives the event, its time, this website's origin and advertising/browser identifiers to measure and improve advertising. Our event code does not attach your booking details or message. When automatic advanced matching is enabled, the Pixel may also detect supported contact information and send its SHA-256 hash to OpenAI; this is not anonymous data.

The Pixel may use the first-party __oppref cookie for up to 30 days and __obref for up to 365 days. Browser restrictions may shorten these periods. Read OpenAI's Privacy Policy. OpenAI measurement is a separate choice from Google Analytics; an earlier Analytics acceptance does not enable it.

Your choices

You can decline either optional measurement service and still use every form. Use Cookie preferences at the bottom of any page to change or withdraw your choice. Withdrawal stops future measurement and asks the OpenAI Pixel to remove its measurement cookies; it does not erase events already sent.
